FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, associated with drilling and servicing of wells, and can also be used in other industries: in production, construction, economy or everyday life. For example, for input and removal of casing strings, pipes and pile fittings, longitudinal movement of shafts, horizontal pulling of utilities in conditions of restricted access at the works site (under construction site or soil layer, etc.) using manual labour with minimum physical efforts. Round section articles linear displacement device comprises housing-base, lever to apply force thereto and pivoted to said housing-base. Additionally, proposed device comprises wedge-type squeezing yoke to be fitted on round section article to be fitted in/out, and two connecting rods-turnbuckles reciprocating to transfer lever force moment. Two connecting rod-turnbuckles on one end face are pivotally attached to lever on both sides by means of roller, and on other end face are pivotally attached to wedge-shaped squeezing yoke. Base housing has in the lower part attachment slots of various diameters for installation on end faces of the support column or on support surface through an adapter with attachment slots of various diameter. Hinged attachment of lever to housing-base is made on sides of housing-base by means of two bolts. Wedge-type squeezing clamp consists of two pincers of cone-shaped cross-section of working friction surfaces with transversely located on outer faces threaded fasteners of bolts for hinged fastening rings of connecting rods-turnbuckles and with grooves for mating with each other, as well as two wedge-shaped cone-shaped inserts with grooves for mating with each other. Tongs are closed and fixed to each other by means of a bolted joint.
EFFECT: enabling the circular cross-section products linear movement possibility, using the one single compact mechanism without auxiliary devices and accessories with minimum efforts and time costs due to the special design wedge-shaped crimping clamp operation principle, allowing to automatically reproduce a closed cycle of operations (capture-holding-moving-weakening), id est with automatic reloading with reciprocating motion transmitted by a pair of connecting rods-turnbuckles from a manual lever.
