FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of recording information on write-once optical discs such as CD-R, DVD-R, BD-R, organized into hybrid structures. Method consists in the fact that image files of file systems of single optical disks of a hybrid structure, which are compressed by an archiving program, are recorded on an array of hybrid structure. Checksum files are provided inside file systems of image files of single optical discs. Each resulting disk image file included in the RAID array is provided with an external file with its checksum and is recorded on the optical disks in the required number of copies.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control the integrity of the recorded information directly on each optical disc of a hybrid structure using only one optical disc drive of a computer.
