FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of wood boards. Wood raw material is placed in a container with water, subjected to cavitation treatment in a hydrodynamic disperser with subsequent hot pressing. Wood raw material used is tumbled wood which is first crushed and sieved to obtain a fine fraction. After treatment fine particles are mixed with water with temperature not less than 30 °C in weight ratio from 6 to 12 and from 94 to 88 wt.pts. respectively. Obtained pulp is passed in cascades through 4 or 5 dispersers. Obtained wood pulp is pumped by a pump into a container, from where it is metered to a casting device, where the moisture content of the mass is reduced to 170-250%, after which the resulting carpet is pressed on a mesh pallet in a hot flat press at temperature of 180 °C and specific pressure from 3.0 MPa with specific duration of pressing in range from 0.8 to 1.5 min/mm.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of wood boards, reduced power consumption.
