FIELD: wood-working industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry, in particular to production of plate materials from press mass in the form of plant raw materials. As a result of cavitation action, press mass with content of easily and hardly hydrolysable polysaccharides 14-16% and 34-36%, respectively, cellulose content of 56-58% and copper number of 2.1-2.3 g / 100 g, lignin content of Komarov is 36-37%. Content of carboxyl groups is 1.2-1.4%. Composition of press-mass is additionally input with binder with total content of 5 to 15% by weight: maleic acid or phthalic anhydride, or maleic anhydride, or ethylene glycol, or butanediol-1,4, or combinations thereof.
EFFECT: physico-mechanical characteristics of plate materials obtained are increased.
