SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of assembly and welding of materials or mechanical processing and can be used in mechanical engineering and other industries. Device for automatic assembly and ring welding of tubular articles comprises a base on which are fixed a device for holding and controlling a welding head, stop for fixation of welded parts installed in working position and movable platform with installed welding rotating element of part. Device for holding and controlling the welding head is made in the form of a pneumatic cylinder connected to the rotary lever with the welding head, and in stop for fixation of welded parts installed in working position rotary bushing is mounted with possibility of rotation for placing one welded tubular part relative to another welded tubular part on drive rollers installed with possibility of rotation and connected with rotation unit drive by means of movable rack, on which gear is installed, on the base a pneumatic cylinder is fixed, providing the possibility of the movable platform movement along the linear guides, on which it is installed, on movable platform pneumatic cylinder is installed, connected with rotary clamp with pressure rollers, current collector is installed on rotary clamp, and welding part rotation device is formed by rotation assembly drive, drive rollers, rack and gear.

EFFECT: increasing the productivity and quality of processing tubular products through automation of their assembly and ring welding.
