SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to streamlined structures for aircraft of polymer materials, particularly, wings and semi-finished products for their manufacture. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a semi-finished product of the outer wing, having a skin in the cross section, consisting of a leading edge, a curved upper wall, a trailing edge, a lower wall having vertical stiffeners that function as side members, said article is produced by polymer material extrusion through drawplate hole of profile corresponding to finished article. During extrusion, a draw plate is used with such a profile that the trailing edge is made in the form of a rigid element flexibly connected to the main part of the outer wing by a bridge.

EFFECT: method enables to use previously known methods of extrusion of polymer materials and combination thereof to achieve new characteristics.
