FIELD: wind turbines.
SUBSTANCE: used in the manufacture of blades, fans, aircraft wings and other hollow products from composite materials. In a wind wheel blade made of engineering plastics, the mounting sleeve consists of a housing with an internal hole and external thread, a flange, radial and longitudinal grooves; the base panel consists of a spar, transverse stiffeners, a longitudinal stiffener and a protruding belt along the perimeter of the base panel; the bottom panel consists of two longitudinal ribs, transverse ribs and a longitudinal stiffener. In the blade manufacturing method, the base panel is made by injection molding together with the mounting sleeve, which is pre-installed in the butt part, and the radial and longitudinal grooves of the mounting sleeve are located inside the butt part, and the external thread of the mounting sleeve is outside the butt part, in addition, the base panel is made together with a spar, transverse stiffeners, a longitudinal stiffener and a protruding belt; the bottom panel is made by injection molding together with two longitudinal ribs for fixing the base panel spar, transverse ribs and longitudinal stiffeners; the base and bottom panels are connected to each other by vibration welding.
EFFECT: simplifying the methods and equipment for the manufacture of individual parts of the blade and their assembly, as well as in reducing the overall labor intensity of manufacturing the blade.
