SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities, as well as means of entertainment and recreation, namely to underwater attraction in the form of cable transport system. Underwater ropeway system comprises underwater ropeway and at least one sealed capsule for passengers. Underwater cableway comprises pull cable arranged to run on roller supports arranged at water reservoir bed driven by drives arranged on shores or on artificial structures with control system and voltage source. Said at least one sealed capsule for passengers is made with positive buoyancy in the loaded state with power sources and air supply systems and is secured from below by means of at least two leashes with emergency release mechanisms to the pull cable. Underwater ropeway comprises also capsule receivers mounted on water surface at artificial structures composed by inclined plane submerged from near shore, wherein every capsule receiver comprises cutout for capsule leash.

EFFECT: as a result, it is easier for passengers to leave the capsule in the event of an accident due to positive buoyancy and its placement above the cableway structure.
