FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting-and-conveying equipment, namely, to cable-ways. Cable car carriageway consists of two rigid frames interconnected by means of at least two pairs of damping elements with bolt joint and two pairs of guide rolls on one and the other side of the device. Frames are located above and under the rope. Along longitudinal axes of frames are fixed with possibility of rotation of wheel so that upper frame contains at least two wheels, and lower one is at least one, projection of axis of which is located strictly in center of distance between projections of axes of upper wheels. Carrier of ropeway - ropes comprises also fastening of basket or platform installed below bottom frame by means of flexible connection to upper frame.
EFFECT: result is a simple device in the design, which enables to perform both downhill and movement on the cable at an angle upwards.
