FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to use of a fluororubber composition for moulding by pressing, excluding piston extrusion moulding, and by annealing, where the fluororubber composition contains: not flowable in the melt fluororubber A, heated in the past to its melting point or higher; and not flowable in melt fluororubber B, not heated in past to its melting point or higher, which contains a tetrafluoroethylene unit and a modifying monomer unit based on a modifying monomer copolymerisable with tetrafluoroethylene, and which has the form of a powder, where compression moulding is performed by holding fluororubber composition under pressure of 10–50 MPa for 1 minute to 30 hours, and annealing is carried out by heating the moulded article obtained by pressing at temperature of 350–380 °C for 0.5-50 hours. Also described is a moulded article obtained by pressing, excluding moulding by piston extrusion, and annealing the fluororubber composition containing the non-fluid fluororubber A, heated in the past to its melting point or higher; and not fluid in melt fluoroprene B, not heated in past to its melting point or higher, which contains a tetrafluoroethylene unit and a modifying monomer unit based on a modifying monomer copolymerisable with tetrafluoroethylene, and which has the shape of a powder, where the moulded article has a tensile strength of 10 MPa or higher.
EFFECT: use of a fluororubber composition having improved processability and tensile properties, containing fluororubber heated in the past to its melting point or higher, for moulding by pressing and annealing, obtaining a moulded article having a tensile strength of 10 MPa or higher.
