ELECTRONIC TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER BASED ON FERROMAGNETIC MICROWIRES Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC G05D23/24 G01K7/24

Abstract RU 2840821 C1

FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for measuring and controlling temperature using temperature sensors (TS) with a three-wire communication line, and can be used in various fields of technology. Device comprises a temperature sensor, a controlled current generator, a bridge balance scaling amplifier, adder, analogue-to-digital converter, first-third resistors and additionally introduced fourth-fifth resistors, third output of temperature sensor is connected to first and fourth resistors, the second output of the temperature sensor is connected to the fifth resistor. Second outputs of the fourth and fifth resistors are connected together and connected to the first input of the bridge balance scaling amplifier, first output of temperature sensor is connected to output of controlled current generator and first input of adder, second control input of scaling amplifier is connected to connection point of second and third resistors, and the output of the scaling amplifier is connected to the input of the controlled current generator. Second input of the adder and the second output of the third resistor are connected to the bus of the control voltage source, wherein the output of the adder is connected to the input of an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). Temperature sensor is made in form of ferromagnetic microwire (FM) of composition Co73Fe4Si12B11 of small dimensions, having low thermal inertia and possibility of heating by current with release of thermal power sufficient for solving tasks of temperature stabilization in small-sized devices, for example, in microelectronics.

EFFECT: device provides high sensitivity of temperature measurement for short time intervals and allows using TS with nonlinear nominal static characteristics.
