FIELD: earth or rock drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rock destruction tools and can be used for drilling wells for various purposes with mechanical rotary drilling, namely during rotary drilling, drilling using a system of a top drive, hydraulic downhole motors in rocks of medium strength, above medium strength and hard rocks. Double-deck bit includes a lower rock-destructing element with blades for breaking rocks provided with teeth, flushing holes and channels between blades for pumping drilling fluid, and the upper calibrating element comprising helical calibrating ribs on its outer surface, an inner central channel for the passage of drilling fluid and a threaded end for connection to the drill string. Inclination angle of helical gauging ribs provided with hard-alloy inclusions to the plane perpendicular to the axis of the double-deck bit, and the helical gauging ribs cross section uniformly increase from the rock-destructing element to the gauging element upper part, with the channels between the upper gauging element helical gauging ribs decreasing in the upward direction. Channels between the blades of the lower rock cutting element and between the helical gauging ribs of the upper gauging element are arranged so as to provide a continuous current of drilling fluid supplied through the inner central channel, flushing holes and channels between blades of lower element upward along channels between helical gauging ribs of upper element. Lower rock cutting and upper gauging elements have one common axis and common internal central channel for passage of drilling fluid, ratio of bit inner central channel cross-section area to total cross-section area of channels between helical gauging ribs at gauging element top part is larger than one.
