SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary and hygienic accessories, namely to toothbrushes. Toothbrush with a replaceable head comprises a handle and a replaceable head with a bristle fixed in it. Handle in its end part includes longitudinal section or slot, in which replaceable head is rigidly fixed. In end part of head base on side opposite to bristle there is projection, and the head fixation in the handle recess is carried out by means of a tenon made in the handle end part and entering the head corresponding slot made in its end protrusion end part, longitudinal protrusion made in the handle recess central part and entering the head corresponding central longitudinal hole, and protruding from the latch attachment, made at the beginning of the head base and entering the corresponding hole of the handle, also made at the initial part of its recess.

EFFECT: increased reliability and durability of the toothbrush handle, and also improved reliability of replaceable heads with bristle fixation.
