FIELD: individual sanitary and hygienic articles. SUBSTANCE: toothbrush has handle made in the form of head positioned on at least one side of open body, cleaning part which may be inserted at open side of head with holder and bristle insert, retainers inside body and on holder for attachment of cleaning part. Holder abuts with its peripheral surface against body wall. Toothbrush is further provided with device for squeezing out cleaning part without using tool at rear side of head. Body wall surface and holder peripheral surface adhering one to the other are made as continuous smooth sealing surfaces. Retainers have springy retaining projections offset inward relative to sealing surfaces. Springy retainers are arranged between body bottom and holder rear side faced to body.
