FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to plastic surgery. Wise marking and skin de-epidermisation are performed according to marking, followed by detachment of adipocutaneous flap 1–1.5 cm thick from the mammary gland with preserving the lower-central crus of the mammary gland, reaching the fascia of the greater pectoral muscle, forming a pocket to the level of the second rib. Further, breast tissue is placed in the formed skin pocket; the skin case is reduced, and the wound is closed.
EFFECT: method enables preventing developing complications and demonstrates the stable aesthetic effect.
