SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery. Upper dermoglandular pedicle of a nipple-areola complex and an autologous flap are formed from a lower pole of the gland. Autologous flap is formed dermo-glandular and inverted T-shaped. Thereafter, a pocket is formed under an upper pole of the gland and medially above a greater pectoral muscle. Formed auto-flap is fixed with dermo-glandular-muscular sutures at the upper edge of the pocket at the level of the planned position of the upper edge of the upper slope of the gland with an upper-medial direction of the auto-flap displacement. Lateral flap of the gland is fixed to the derma of the autologous flap along the entire length of the flap. Lateral and medial gland flaps are sutured. Tissues are sutured along the entire length of the T-shaped cut and a periareolar blocking suture is applied.

EFFECT: method allows increasing filling of upper pole of mammary gland and stability of lower slope in remote postoperative period, as well as shortening excessively stretched lower slope according to indications.
