FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. It can be used for prediction of extremity amputation in patients with acute arterial ischemia of extremity. Prediction includes interviewing the patient and determining the factors of amputation: ischemia aetiology, disease duration, degree of ischemia according to I.I. Zatevahin classification, presence or absence of chronic ischemia in the basin of the affected extremity, a history of chronic ischemia of the extremity, value of neutrophil-lymphatic ratio obtained from total analysis of peripheral blood. Above parameters are evaluated in points, summed up and the risk of amputation is determined as low, medium or high.
EFFECT: method is simple, enables to determine the personalized risk of extremity amputation effectively.
