SUBSTANCE: before operation it is necessary to carry out mathematical analysis of cardiac rhythm variability in the dynamics of nitroglycerin test. The necessity for vascular reconstruction at critical ischemia of inferior limbs should be detected at initial increased activity of sympathetic nervous system according to the weakening of this impact or in case of applying the mixed (balanced) type of regulation after nitroglycerin test, and in case of prevailed parasympathetic department before the test with nitroglycerin at applying the mixed (balanced) type of autonomic regulation of cardiac rhythm after the intake of 0.5 mg nitroglycerin sublingually. The innovation is an objective, noninvasive, safe method for a patient under evaluation and enables to simplify the technique for evaluation.
