SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for generating a random binary sequence with a given distribution law based on an n-connected Markov chain. Device comprises a pseudorandom binary number generator, a demultiplexer, a first decoder, a first memory unit, a left-shift memory register, a second decoder, a second memory unit, a unit for calculating transient probabilities, a third memory unit, a multiplexer, a comparator, which are connected to each other to generate a number that is probabilistically related to the previous n-1 numbers of the sequence.
EFFECT: high reliability of the generated sequence with a probabilistic relationship between the current value of the sequence and previous values.
