FIELD: optoelectronic instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronic instrument-making, particularly to a method of mounting a thermal-imaging head piece on a guidance device with a sighting device of launchers of a portable antitank missile system (ATMS). Disclosed is method of thermal imaging head attachment to 9S816 guidance device with sighting device of 9P151 ATMS launcher, at which the optical axis of guidance device 9S816 with a sighting device is superimposed with the optical axis of the thermal-imaging head, the method includes the following steps: loosening clamping screws (22, 23) on clamping brackets (20, 21) of bracket (2) of thermal imaging head; inserting pressure brackets (20, 21) of the thermal imaging head bracket (2) onto the outer surface of the housing of the viewing device of the guidance device; providing preliminary alignment of the optical axis of the guidance device with a viewing device of the launching device with the optical axis of the information display unit of the thermal imaging head using module (1), which includes housing (3), inside of which mirror with mounting plate (4) is arranged, and on outer side of housing (3) steel frame (5) is fixed, inside which protective window (6) is installed; tightening pressure screws (22, 23) against the stop; additional adjustment of the position of the thermal-imaging head relative to the sighting device of the guidance device is carried out using fixing screw (24), by rotating it if necessary.
EFFECT: reliable attachment between a thermal-imaging head and 9S816 guidance device with a sighting device of launchers 9P151 from a portable ATMS, where the optical axis of 9S816 guidance device with a sighting device coincides with the optical axis of the thermal-imaging nozzle.
