FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrohydraulic nozzle ball valve seat contact surface processing. Fluid is supplied to hydraulic inlet of electrohydraulic nozzle. Initial projection of electromagnet armature of electrohydraulic injector is determined prior to the beginning of treatment of contact surface of the valve seat. Control pulses are transmitted to its electric input. Liquid is removed from its hydraulic output. Duration of control pulses is increased till maximum force of ball valve ball impact against ball valve seat of electrohydraulic nozzle is achieved so that its control is provided by means of signal amplitude of piezoelectric impact sensor. Control pulse repetition frequency is increased till piezoelectric impact sensor signal amplitude starts to decrease, and after the specified time the process of valve seat contact surface processing is stopped. Obtained electromagnet armature extension is determined, and value of difference of obtained and initial values of electromagnet armature extension is used to determine completeness or necessity to continue processing process of valve seat contact surface.
EFFECT: improved hydraulic tightness and longer service life of ball valve of electrohydraulic nozzle.
