FIELD: light-sensitive materials. SUBSTANCE: electrophotographic material consisting of conducting support and polymer sensitive layer containing poly-N- epoxypropylcarbazol (semiconductor) and sensitizer is distinguished by that the latter is difluoroboro-1,3-diaryl-1,3-propanedionate with general formula , where R1-R6 is hydrogen, methoxy, methyl, nitro, or bromine, and content of sensitizer ranges from 0.1 to 1.0 mol %; or R2-R5 is hydrogen and R1 and R6 butoxy, and content of sensitizer ranges from 0.1 to 100.0 mol % as calculated for monomer link of poly-N- epoxypropylcarbazol. EFFECT: increased light sensitivity of material in the region 400-460 nm.
