FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: running gear electromagnetic suspension and traction device has ferromagnetic blocks located on track square to direction of vehicle running and two inductors of linear synchronous inductor motor secured on vehicle running gear. Inductors are connected by yoke carrying field windings and furnished with inductor of linear induction motor located between inductors of linear synchronous inductor motor. To increase traction and lifting forces, railway bed in zone of inductor of linear induction motor has solid ferromagnetic strip, and winding of linear induction motor is made with pole pitch exceeding by 5-20% pole pitch of inductor winding of linear synchronous inductor motor. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
