FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two gates, two voltage amplifiers, single-winding relay, time-setting capacitor, and resistor which first terminal is connected to first terminal of time setting capacitor. Input of first gate is connected to output of first voltage scaling circuit which one terminal is connected to positive power supply line. Output of first gate is connected to input of second gate through second voltage scaling circuit which second terminal is connected to negative power supply line. Output of second gate is connected to positive line of single-winding relay. Serial diode-resistor circuit and stabilizing diode are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Serial diode-resistor circuit is inserted between output of second gate and first terminal of time-setting capacitor, which is connected to second input of first voltage scaling circuit through stabilizing diode. Second terminal of time-setting capacitor is connected to output of second voltage scaling circuit. Second terminal of resistor is connected to negative power supply line. Another claim of invention describes device design in which additional single- winding relay with breaking contacts and diode are introduced in order to decrease time for restoring. Winding of additional single- winding relay in this device design is connected between lines of power supply, its breaking contact is connected in series with resistor. Diode is connected between second terminal of time- setting capacitor and negative power supply line. EFFECT: increased stability to noise, increased stability, decreased time for restoring.
