FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed flexible material has ferrite powder, thermoelectric plastic and modifying additives such as elastomer component and rubrax with following relation of components, per cent by mass: thermoelectric plastic 6.0-15.0; elastomer component 1.0-6.0, ferrite powder being the balance. In addition flexible magnetic material may contain 4.0-10.0 per cent by mass of fire-retardant with relation of chloride paraffin and antimony trioxide (1.0-6.0)-(2.0:2.0) which provides for incombustibility of material if used in domestic appliances.
