FIELD: processing of wooden chips to fibrous material. SUBSTANCE: device has case 1 and rotor 2 disposed inside internal space of case 1 to form working space 3. Rotor 2 is fixed to rod 4 which is provided with drive unbalanced mass 5 and spherical thrust journal 6 which rests against spherical thrust bearing 7 of case 1. Spherical insertion 8 is disposed between thrust journal 6 and thrust bearing 7 of case 1. The insertion 8 has teeth onto its spherical surfaces; the teeth are perpendicular one to another. Response grooves for teeth of insertion 8 are made onto spherical surfaces of thrust journal 6 of rod 4 and thrust bearing 7 of case 1, which surfaces are matched with corresponding surfaces of the insertion. Case 1 has loading funnel 15 and branch pipe 16 for removing treated material; the case is fixed to foundation base 17 by means of shock-absorbers 18. Unbalanced mass 5 is driven into motion by means of electric motor 19 through V-belt transmission 20 and flexible coupling 21. Rotor 2 of the device may be made in form of truncated multifaced pyramid; in this case internal space of case 1 is also made in form of a pyramid.
