FIELD: pulp-and-paper, chemical, construction industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing mounted on shock absorbers and pivotally connected to hollow rotor put onto drive shaft equipped with unbalancing device. Mid portion of drive shaft is positioned in rotor cavity and one end of drive shaft extends through rotor and connected through slot-and-shank joint to engine. Unbalancing device is fixed on free end of drive shaft and equipped with spring-biased rod, which is in contact with shank on engine shaft. Spring-biased rod has regulator for preliminary biasing of springs. Such construction provides for restricting and adjusting of the value of reverse radial shifting of rotor by layer of worked material. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, improved quality of working materials and reduced power consumption. 2 dwg
