FIELD: radio-immune assay. SUBSTANCE: method involves the steps of: placing radio-labelled material to be tested in control tubes and placing solvent into test tubes, after incubation adding radio-labelled material into the test tubes, separating fractions of free and the radio-labelled material bound with antibodies, determining radioactivity of bound radio-labelled material in the control and test tubes, calculating a portion of material in the control and test tubes and finally determining immuno-reactivity magnitude. The method can be used for making sets of reagents of batch production for radio-immune assay. EFFECT: enhanced reproducibility of method.
