Pitch between pairs of fins and their height are determined respectively from relationships Lp = (0.04-0.0451), hf = (0.002-0.003) D1, where D1 is diameter of impeller. Fins increase the thickness of boundary layer, as a result, cavities close not on surface of blades but at some distance from them. EFFECT: reduced intensification of cavitation erosion of impeller. 3 dwg
