Additional ribs 8 which ends face rim 1 and are positioned in one plane with rim 2 at distance L5 equal to 0.01-0.02 of the outer diameter of the wheel may be mounted on working surface 4 of each blade Pitch h of ribs 8 is equal to the length of the projection of each rib on this plane. The end of rib 8 located on the side of blade leading edge 7 is spaced from it at distance L6 equal to 0.06-0.002 of the outer diameter of the wheel.
