FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has swivel 3, on which two flyers 6 and 8 are mounted. Spindle 7 is mounted on flyer 6. There is a cramp-shaped holder set coaxially to spindle 7. The holder is capable to rotate and is hinged to a bedframe by means of a rocker. Axes of swivel 3, flyers 6 and 8, spindle 7, cramp-shaped holder cross in one point 0. The machine has a carriage, set on longitudinal guides. Traverse guides are made on the carriage, on which slide with distributor are mounted. Coiled material is going down from distributor to mandrel 9 according to calculated figure, determined by interaction of drivers of swivel, flyers, spindle, carriage and slide.
