Carriers 9 and 10 provided with common drive 11 are coaxially mounted on swivels for rotation. One of the carriers is provided with spindle 12 having drive 15. The other carrier is provided with movable center 13 mounted coaxially to the spindle. The axes of swivels, carriers and spindle intersect at one point. Both of the carriers can be also provided with spindles 12 and 17 having common drive 15. The drive can be provided with an additional load-carrying member that interacts with the spindle in opposite directions. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
