FIELD: organophosphorus compounds. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out from diethylchlorothiophosphate and 3- (or 5)-aminocyano (or carboethoxy)-pyrazole in pyridine or from diethylthiophosphoric acid hydrazide with ethoxymethylenemalononitrile or ethoxymethylenecyanoacetic ether. Yield, %; m. p. is C; empirical formula is: a) 40; 117-119; C8H13N4O2PS; b) 72; 94.5-96; C10H18N3O4PS; c) 15; 106-109; C8H13N4PO3. New compounds show activity against caterpillar of gypsy moth, beet aphid, kidney bean spiderweb mite, Colorado potato beetle and rice weevils.
