SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel substituted pyrazoles containing pyrimidinyl, of general formula I, which have a wide range of fungicidal, insecticidal and acaricidal activity. In formula I
R1 is selected from H, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, halogen C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, halogen C1-C6alkoxy; R2 is selected from H, halogen, nitro, amino, CHO, C1-C6alkyl, halogen C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or halogen C1-C6alkoxy; R1, R2 and a pyrimidine ring conjugated therewith, can also form a five-member ring or a six-member ring which can contain a carbon atom, or a sulfur atom in addition to carbon atoms; X is selected from NR3; Y is selected from O; R3 is selected from H, C1-C6alkyl; R4, R5 can be identical or different, are selected from H, halogen, respectively; R6, R7 can be selected from H; integer m is selected from 0 to 4; R8 is selected from H; R9 is selected from H; R10 is selected from C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, halogen C1-C6alkyl, unsubstituted or additionally substituted five-member heteroaryl containing a nitrogen atom and a sulfur atom or 2 nitrogen atoms in the ring, and the five-member heteroaryl ring can be optionally substituted with 1–2 R11 groups, unsubstituted or additionally substituted phenyl, optionally substituted with 1–5 R11 groups; R11 is selected from halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C6alkyl, halogen C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, halogen C1-C6alkoxy, C1-C6alkylcarbonyl; C1-C6alkoxycarbonyl; R12, R13 can be identical or different, are selected from H, C1-C6alkyl or halo C1-C6alkyl respectively; W is selected from H, halogen, C1-C6alkyl, halogen C1-C6alkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C1-C6alkoxy, C1-C6alkylthio or C1-C6alkylsulphonyl; where binding point Y with pyrazole ring is position 3, position 4 or position 5; wherein when Y is bonded at pyrazole position 3, R8 is in position 4, R9 is in position 5; when Y is bonded at pyrazole position 4, R8 is in position 3, R9 is in position 5; when Y is bonded at pyrazole position 5, R8 is in position 3, R9 is in position 4. Invention also relates to agriculturally acceptable salts of compounds of general formula I, selected from 1A, I-1B, I-1C, I-1F, I-1G, I-2A, I-2B, I-2C, I-2F, I-2G, I-3A, I-3B, I-3C, I-3F, I-3G, with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, trifluoroacetic acid, oxalic acid, methylsulphonic acid, p-toluenesulphonic acid, benzoic acid, alizarinic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, sorbic acid, malic acid or citric acid. Method of producing compounds of formula I is carried out by reacting compounds II and III according to scheme

where the radicals have the values given above, in the presence of a base selected from potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, triethylamine, pyridine, sodium methoxide, sodium ethoxide, sodium hydride, potassium tert-butoxide or sodium tert-butoxide and a solvent selected from tetrahydrofuran, 1,4-dioxane, acetonitrile, toluene, xylene, benzene, DMF, N-methylpyrrolidine, DMSO, acetone or butanone.
EFFECT: compounds can be used for agriculture and have strong control effect on powdery downy mildew of cucumbers, powdery mildew of wheat, maize rust, rice blight, anthracnose of cucumbers, etc.
