In zone of pipe straight-line sections, between which corrugated plates 5 are located, pipe at each side is provided with flat plate 6 and with corrugated plate 7 adjacent to plate 6 at side opposite to pipe. In loop-shaped zone, pipe has circular section. Medium, passing through intertube space, flushes panels and exchanges heat with tube medium. EFFECT: enhanced intensity of heat exchange. 3 dwg
