FIELD: heat exchange devices.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchange device can be used as a heat exchanger and is designed to heat the premises due to the heat of the exhaust gases. The heat exchange device contains a rectangular body 1. Heat-exchange curved pipes 2 are installed inside the body 1. The opposite walls of the body 1 are made according to the type of tube sheets, for example, 3, 4 with holes for fixing the ends of the pipes 2. On the body 1 there are manifolds 5, 6 with devices for input and output of hot and cold streams gaseous coolant. To ensure the efficiency of heat transfer and compensation for thermal expansion, the heat exchange tubes 2 are bent to form sections a, b, c on each tube. Moreover, sections a and c are in the same plane, but are located at an angle of 90° to section b and directed in different directions from it. The holes, during which tube sheets are formed on the opposite walls of the housing 1, are arranged in rows, such as, for example, on the lattices 3, 4 located along the Y axis. On the upper half of the surface of each of the lattices 3, 4, the vertical rows of holes are offset relative to the vertical rows located on lower half of the surface. In this case, between the two rows of holes on the upper half of the surface of the grating 3 there is a vertical row of holes made on the lower half of its surface. On parts of the surface of the grid 4, the vertical rows of holes are arranged in reverse order, in which between the two rows of holes on the lower half of the surface there is a vertical row of holes made on the upper half of the surface. At the same time, on the lower half of the surface of the lattice 3, the pipes 2 are fixed by the ends of the sections a in the holes, which are numbered from bottom to top from 1 to n in each vertical row. Then the same pipes 2, but with the ends of sections facing the upper half of the surface of the grate 4, are fixed in the holes of each vertical row in the order of numbering from 1 to n, starting from the middle of the surface of the grate 4. Inside the housing 1, the heat exchange pipes 2 are located at a distance of 1, 5 d apart. Sections b of all installed pipes 2 have the same length and are located in accordance with the spatial position of the walls of the housing, defining each pair of tube sheets along the X, Y, Z axes, and the lengths of sections a and c are variable values. Curved pipes 2 can be made of helicoid-shaped pipes, of twisted pipes of the confuser-diffuser type, of pipes twisted in a spiral in the form of an ellipse, ovoid or Schauberger pipes.
EFFECT: heat exchange device creation.
