FIELD: pipe line transport. SUBSTANCE: device consists of reservoir 1 made in form of expanded portion 2 (for example, in form of pipe of large diameter). Upper portion of chamber is brought in communication with subsequent section by means of gas escape branch pipe. Section of oil line between reservoir and point of connection with gas escape branch pipe is provided with adjustable hydraulic resistance, for example, gate 4. Connected to the reservoir is pure inhibitor proportioner. In handling the mixture of gas and water-oil emulsion, phases are separated in the reservoir; gas is returned to oil line which is achieved through changing the degree of opening the gate and pure oil is accumulated in the upper portion of reservoir and is mixed with inhibitor supplied by the proportioner. After reservoir has been filled with oil solution of inhibitor to capacity, gate in the oil line is closed and inhibited oil is forced into the oil line via the gas escape branch pipe of the product being handled. EFFECT: reduced labour consumption required for supplying the oil solution of corrosion inhibitor to oil line handling the gas-water-oil mixture due to making use of oil being transported and energy of flow. 1 dwg
