FIELD: radio navigation. SUBSTANCE: complex meter has self-contained navigation sensor 1, converter 2 of autonomous navigation data, airborne radio system 3 of short-range navigation incorporating navigation receiver 19 and unit measuring azimuth and range, converter 4 of radio engineering data, subtracters 5, 6, filter 7 composed of subtracter 8, multipliers 9, 12, 13, summator 10, delay unit 11, storages 14, 15, 16 and synchronizer 17, voltage-to-code converter 18, navigation receiver 19, unit 20 measuring azimuth and range. Navigation receiver 19 consists of input unit 21, amplifier 22 of azimuth intermediate frequency, former 23 of azimuthal pulse, amplifier 24 of range intermediate frequency and decoder 25. Self-contained navigation sensor 1 measures navigation parameters of movement of flying vehicle (vector of air speed and relative bearing). Radio navigation receiver 19 performs selection by frequency and duration of signals of radio beacon of airborne radio system of short-range navigation. Error of measurement of coordinate in self-contained navigation sensor 1 is determined in filter 7 with allowance for obtained data. In this case adaptation of meter of change of noise level across input of airborne equipment of system of short-range navigation is performed by control over gain factor of filter of meter with the aid of automatic regulation voltage of amplification of navigation receiver 19.
