FIELD: by-product coke industry. SUBSTANCE: horizontal-flue coke oven includes coking chamber, heating walls consisting of vertical heating flues connected in pairs with the help of dam and recirculation ports inside each pair, regenerators furnished with grates, flues for supply of flue coke gas and connecting conduits for admission of air from regenerator to heating flues. It is distinguished by the fact that extreme pair of heating flues of head part of heating wall is additionally provided with the third heating flue. The latter is communicated with its upper part to other heating flues by means of dam port, and with its lower part, to pair adjacent to mass heating flues by means of recirculation port. Formed in this case, two paired before-extreme heating flues on each side of furnace have double slanting passages and combined section of regenerator. Regenerator section is separated from neighboring section by removable partition under each extreme heating flue. Built-in sections of regenerators under extreme heating flues between grate and lower row of attachment are horizontal channels passing through front walls of regenerators. Horizontal channels accommodate metal pipes in them and having spraying device at outlet to under-attachment space for individual supply and regulation of air and fuel lean gas to regenerator sections under extreme heating flues. This makes it possible to improve uniform heat transmission from heating wall to heat part of oven chamber and preclude overheating of lining of head part of heating wall. Control of heating may be automated. EFFECT: simplified heating of head part of coking chamber and prolonged service life of coke-oven lining. 2 cl, 4 dwg
