FIELD: applied physics, optical measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: interference compensation-type refractometer has two separate interference assemblies. First one follows to identity of refractive indexes of substance under examining and standard sample by day-light using. Next interference assembly records refractive index variations for standard sample with respect to vacuum media by monochromatic light using. High accuracy of metering is provided by optical pass-difference condenser using for both interference assemblies made like two cuvettes connected by additional channel with throttling valve and pressurized vessel filled by gaseous substance. EFFECT: higher accuracy of refractive index metering processing. 6 dwg
