FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: outer gear 1 is made with internal teeth 2 and has annular strap 3 which, in turn, has a contact cylindrical surface on the pitch diameter of teeth 2. Inner gears 6 are engaged by external teeth and teeth 2. Each gear 6 is rigidly connected to drive roller 7 connected to drive member - variable blade 8. Roller 7 has contact roller 11 made with a working surface on the pitch diameter of teeth 5. Annular slot 12 with end working surfaces and inner diameter exceeding the pitch diameter of teeth 2 is made between gear 1 and strap 3. Rollers 11 a projection on the part of a circle arc, the projection is positioned in slot 12 between gear 1 and strap 3. The projection has end working surfaces for engagement with the surfaces of slot 12. EFFECT: simplified structure and improved reliability. 4 dwg
