FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has Dewar vessel 1 having spaces filled with liquid and vapor and refrigerator module 2. The module has the low-temperature stage with solution chamber 3 and evaporation chamber 4, low- temperature heat exchanger 5, and condenser-evaporator 6. The plant also has the stage of preliminary cooling with adsorption pumps 8 connected with evaporator 7 through pumping pipes 9 and chamber 10. Helium vessel 1 is dismountable. The stage of preliminary cooling is provided with additional adsorption pump 16 connected with atmosphere from one side through valve 17 and with chamber 10 of preliminary cooling from the other side through pumping out pipe 15. Evaporators 7 are embedded into the space of condenser-evaporator 6. Adsorption pumps 8 and 16 are arranged inside the vapor space. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
