SUBSTANCE: lowtemperature producing plant using 3He steam pumping has Dewar vessel 1, refrigerating module with vacuum jacket 9, evaporation chamber 5, intermediate cooling stage, and adsorption pump 4 mounted on evacuation pipe 6, and analyzed specimen 15; rod 21 carrying analyzed specimen 15 and made of thin-walled low-heat conducting pipe, such as stainless steel pipe, is inserted into evacuation pipe 6 of refrigerating module; rod 21 is installed for turning; mating surfaces of rod 21 and inner shell of adsorption pump 4 have ports 22; vacuum jacket 9 of refrigerating module accommodates adsorbent 29. EFFECT: simplified design, extended temperature cryostatting range, improved economic efficiency. 1 dwg
