FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has hydrophilic ligature 1, flexible electrode 5, casing 7. After operative exposing the organ, ligature 1 is applied. Its one end is placed in the wound and the second one is brought to the skin surface together with the device through a puncture. The wound is sutured tightly. To remove the ligature, end 6 of electrode 5 is connected to high frequency power supply source. Ligature 1 burns out. The device is atraumatically removed together with the ligature. EFFECT: prevented traumatic lesions. 2 dwg
