FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for extraperitoneal ligation around the neck of a hernial sac and a method for making same. Device for extraperitoneal ligation around the neck of the hernia sac during laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernias comprises a hollow rod, one end of which is bent and pointed, to the other end of which a cannula is attached, clamping device located inside the cannula, comprising a sleeve with a hole and an elastic plate. Two threads are passed through the hollow rod, the cannula and the bushing hole of the clamping device, which are pressed by the elastic plate of the clamping device to the inner wall of the cannula. Cannula comprises a cylindrical sleeve designed to move the elastic plate of the clamping device away from the sutures. Pressure device is configured to move inside the cannula, and the elastic plate of the clamping device is configured to be retracted from the threads by the cylindrical sleeve of the cannula when the clamping device moves inside the cannula. One of the sutures is made for ligation of the hernial sac, and the ends of the second suture are tied. Method of making said device includes forming a profile of a hollow rod with a pointed and curved end, sealing the other end of the hollow rod into a cannula, passing through the bushing hole of the clamping device and the hollow rod of the suture for ligation of the hernial sac and sutures, the ends of which are bound, and installation of a clamping device for fixation of sutures in the needle cannula, followed by sterilization.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables providing the possibility of passing the suture around the neck of the hernial sac through one puncture and placing the ligature assembly directly on the neck of the hernial sac.
