Width b of horizontal flight 3 is less than height H of vertical flange 2 and their relation H/b ranges within 1.37 to 1.42. Working surfaces of vertical flange 2 are made concave and have flat sections 4 and concave cylindrical sections 5 with maximum deflection spaced from upper surface 6 of horizontal flange 3 to distance l equal to 0.5 to 0.7 of H. Thickness of vertical flange 2 in place of maximum deflection of its working surfaces is selected from inequality 0.75tг≅ tв<tг, where t2 is thickness of horizontal flange 3 and tв is thickness of vertical flange 2. Width B of lower edge of vertical flange 3 is В=tг+K(cг-cв), where K is coefficient equal to K = 2.0, if l = 0.5, and K = 3.3, if l = 0.7 H. Cylindrical sections 5 of vertical flange 2 extend from maximum deflection of working surfaces until lower edge 7 of vertical flange and have radius equal to R[(H-l)2+1.25(tг-tв)2]:U(cг-cв). Due to such design force of resistance of conveyed material is resolved into horizontal and vertical components. In the process of material conveying vertical component forces flight 1 to trough bottom thus precluding its rise onto material. EFFECT: reduced amount of metal per flight and excluded rise of flight over conveyer trough bottom, when viscous materials are conveyed. 4 dwg
