FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: copolymerization of piperylene, butadiene, methyl- and vinylacetylene is carried out at the following ratio of comonomers, mas. p.: piperylene 100; butadiene 36.56-86.21; vinylacetylene 8.96-16.23; methylacetylene 0.30-1.49 in the presence of 0.1-1.5 mas. p. dimethylformamide. Prepared product is treated with oxygen-containing mixture at 80-100 C for 8-10 h at the rate of mixture feeding 0,12-0,14 h-1. Formation of insoluble polymer is excluded, drying oil toxicity is decreased (styrene use is eliminated), and physical-mechanical properties of coating made on the basis of proposed film-forming material were retained.
