FIELD: detergents. SUBSTANCE: composition has, wt.-%: ethanol 1.6-2.8; acetone 12-22; carbon oxide 1-2.4; halogen-substituted hydrocarbon solvent up to 100. Composition has the improved inhibiting properties as compared with the known one (by 12%), the prolonged storage but exhibits dangerously explosive and fire hazard and provides difficulty cleansing decrease by 3-fold.
