FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device uses rolling-up and rolling-out chambers and plasmochemical reactors interconnected through ducts. The reactors are mounted on a hollow housing, which accommodates the starting and control equipment, and reactors cooling system. Positioned between the reactors is an additional chamber having seals with three contacting shafts and a plate made of antifriction material with slots for passage of the material to be worked. Located under the plate are eccentrics contacting with the plate and in pairs with each other. The rolling-up and rolling-out machines are positioned above the reactors for convenience of installation servicing. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
