FIELD: pneumatics. SUBSTANCE: in starting an auxiliary power plant and low-pressure operation regime of a compressor pneumatic drive 3 of valve 2 is blocked. Air enter Venturi pipe 1 from compressor and jet block 5 of controlling valve 2 of by- pass from inlet section 14. A part of taken air enters nozzle 33 for feeding auxiliary jet booster 24, a part of air enters nozzle for feeding main booster 6, and the other part enters inlet profiled nozzle 25 whose outlet is coupled to low pressure source 27 and narrow section is coupled to passage 28 of control of booster 24. In so doing pressure at the narrow section of nozzle 25 is less than pressure of source 27 and booster 24 blocks valve 2 in shutoff position via outlet passage 32. In high pressure operation regime of the compressor air enters feeding nozzle 7 of main booster from passage 31. The booster is controlled by comparator 15 which maintains the constant ratio of pressure in Venturi pipe 1 by comparing pressure at narrow section 17 of pipe 1 with pressure in controller 12.
